Miami, FL - With more than 2.1 million sold units of her albums throughout the world, BELINDA tomorrow presents her new record production UTOPIA.
“Life put a test to me with this album, to be reborn and to be risky!!! After several months of hard work I was gifted to discover myself when I found Utopia. I hope that when this album is heard the people would recognize more of me like a person and identified more of themselves through each of my songs”, says BELINDA of her new record composed entirety by herself.
The album was developed in the city of Los Angeles where Mexican superstar stayed two months to take care of each element of this production where besides being a singer and writer BELINDA participates like executive and creative producer.
In her audacious proposal, BELINDA present sounds arrange the basics resonance of the rock, pop, the electronic and hip-hop making, therefore, a perfect link with each one of her songs.
“Ni Freud ni tu mamá”, first single for this anticipated album, it is a pop song with a honest attitude and strong-minded, create by BELINDA and produced by Kara DioGuardi, producer of others superstars like Kelly Clarkson and Gwen Stefani. The song tells the history of a young lady who had to finish with her couple by the lack of maturity of him. Other great collaborators in the recording of this album are: Jimmy Harry (Kylie Minogue y Britney Spears), Doc McKeeny (RES), Greg Kursten (Lily Allen y Pink), Lester Méndez (Santana y Shakira), and Greg Wells (Celine Dion y Elton John).
UTOPIA, which is launched simultaneously to the international market, contains twelve unpublished songs, ten in Spanish and two in English.
